I have been going back and forth with customer service for hours the phones keep hanging up I still have no service and no one can seem to figure out how to give me my money I have never had such a problem and or dealt with such a run around Do not use this company
They charged me $55 for no reason, when I called to figure out what was going on They kept repeating the same thing, which was off topic, and telling me pretty much there's nothing they can do. Very upset, horrible customer service, robs their customers.

Worst reception EVER! If it's cloudy good luck making a important phone call! When out of town cricket wireless barely works. Do yourself a favor and go get service from someone else! Tip to cricket, Put in some cell towers and stop playing Hispanic music in your stores! This is America NOT mexico!
Was a Cricket Customer for 5 years until today!
Overall Cricket is Great! But because of the folks that hang out ( work ) in our local hometown store I left Cricket!
They sell phones and that’s it! Absolutely no service after the fact, help with problems, and just plain out Rude!
Hey Folks, we are the customer in case you forgot!
So Cricket kinda sorry to leave you after 5 years but until you get better help in your Lebanon, Mo store I will not be the last to leave you!
They are great and they have great service. they use the covid-19 safety protocols to make sure that their customers.
Update: They now have 5g working on the A32 5g
I bought the Cricket A32 5g from Cricket Wireless website, and even the picture on the website where I bought the phone shows the 5g symbol. My friend has the S20 5g and has 5g, so service wasn't the issue. Custimer Support tried saying it was. We went over the maps, and hey 5g is available. In the end the phone isn't on the compatibility list, and the 5g is locked on this phone and will not work on Cricket. There is no feedback area to tell Cricket about it, and when I tried to write a review it got moderated.
I posted a video with the conversation that I had with Cricket Support.

Even WITH the liquid screen protectors their phone screens break more easily then WET NOODLES!!!!!!!! Customer service is great, but they're expensive, and their phone screens break more easily than WET NOODLES, and that even WITH screen protection!!!!!!! They'd be a great service, if it wasn't for how easily and quickly their phone screens break.
Purchased a faulty phone and they want me to pay for it and after hours and now days im taking ot to court if not addressed quickly. Ive sent an email describing situation. I will not buy a new sim and i will be answered by someone this is worst treatment I've ever seen from any company I've ever had to endure.
I have been a cricket customer for about 15 yrs. I wait to talk to customer service 15 mins past my wait time, and end up hanging up. I still only get 2 gigs of high speed data...and not good phone upgrade deals. Their only phone deals seem to be for new customers. My wi-fi gets dropped even if I'm right beside it. Maybe it's time to shop for a new carrier. I'm disappointed and a little pissed right now.
I went into the Columbus Indiana store and needed to file a claim on a lost phone I had Insurance on I needed some help. I didn't think I was getting the help I needed and went to speak with another employee the guy by the name of Robert got all mad and asked why I wanted to speak to somebody else I said I'd like to speak to the manager he claimed he was so I asked for his first and last name he said he didn't have to provide me with the information and asked me to leave the store and said he would call the cops if I didn't. I walked out and we'll be finding a new company after two and a half years with a family share plan.
Been with cricket 10 years atleast since they sold out to at@t its went downhill if you need to speak to a human you gotta wait till 9 in the morning 10 on the weekends also when you run out of high soeed data the say you have the internet still but they slow it down so much you have to spend money i spent 3 hours trying to get my 80 year old fathet a covid vaccine appointment b4 i had to give up because it would always freeze on the 3rd page so i either upgrade my account pay anothrt 10 dollars or take a chance of my father catching covid because cricket wireless is so greedy theyd screw up your internet so bad for additional money greedy that tgey put my 80 year old father at risk tomorrow is the lasr day for me cricket and its policies and customer service use to be so very good but sunce the sell out nothing is good and most of tge policies have changed like bridge pay if u make a payment and tge following week your 7 hours late you forfitt the first payment and have to pay the hole bill like were made of money i hope this detures someone hopefully a few people i promise you go somewheres else cricket just makes me angry these days i have a cricket phone im shutting off for tmobile today if anyone needs a free cricket phone its yours worst service and phone ive ever had
Listen to me, if you're thinking of switching to Cricket. DO NOT DO IT! Just close the page out and LITERALLY do ANYTHING else. I got an ad in the mail for them for 4 lines $100. I have a straight talk phone now and thought I could get my boys phones and it would be cheaper than paying what I'm paying now. I talked to a sales representative online, told him I've got 3 phones already that are straight talk and I would need to purchase another one to complete the 4 lines. I gave him the phones IMEIs, serial numbers told him I was with straight talk had to buy 3 SIM card kits and he said once the SIM kits are in all I had to do was activate them. AND BOOM 4 lines for $100!! Okay, I get the SIM kits in and also the new phone. I have 2 active straight talk Iphone 7's and one inactive Iphone 5 straight talk as well. I decided to try and put the first SIM in the inactive phone just in case I had any problems. AND GUESS WHAT, I did have a problem. "SIM not accepted with this phone" I called Cricket and explained to them that the inactive phone was saying the SIM was not accepted. AND then all of a sudden my phone shut off, I had no service, I took out the phone Cricket sent us, put a SIM card in, called them back and they told me they activated my cricket service.. I asked why they did that when the SIM cards don't work in my phones.. Well, I was supposed to call Straight talk and get an unlock activation code (little late for that information).. Okay, Called straight talk and they were going to charge me $150 for EACH PHONE to unlock because I didn't have 12 straight months of service with them, which I DID until Cricket disconnected me from them. AFTER 7 HOURS of fighting with Cricket and being hung up one 4 different times, and them telling me no refunds because I activated the phones, even though it wasn't my decision to activate them, and basically threatening to contact the BBB about it, they finally offer to give me a refund. So, I go back to straight talk, NOW I'm out $148 for Cricket and I have to go buy a new straight talk phone cards for both phones that had service for at least another 2 weeks, I try and get our old numbers back.. CRICKET KEPT THEM! I had to get a new number after having mine for years! I know this is a long review, but TRUST me, if this makes you tired reading, you can't even imagine the hassle you will go through with switching to Cricket. I was misled in the beginning.. Like just tell people before they switch, not only to check their phones for compatibility but also contact the carrier and find out if they will even allow you to. It's not worth it. I'm mailing off the box of stuff today, lets see how much fight I have left in me to actually get my money back. Again, ANYTHING ELSE!
No complain except for the way they handled HD-voice, docked one star for that, and the slow data, another star.
Tech support is decent, coverage is quite good so if you have a modern phone and don't mind slow data then go for it.
Today 2/9/21, I wake up go to work and go to use my phone, I get intercepted cricket message demanding payment to even speak with agent. My auto pay just charged on 2/2/21 and due next on 3/3/21. So I know there is no problem with payment. I call to find out what is going on. And they tell me my device is not compatible. I said its imposssible, I have international phone with every possible modern feature and every single radio used by all companies on 6 continents. I also state, i have using this for 6 mos. How is incompatible now. They just insist there is nothing they can do after even speaking with a supervisor. So I do some research and see just one article released on reddit on 2/9 about this 3g shutdown. I have 4g phone. So I dont see how its applicable. Then i read its also affecting non volte phones. I have volte. So i am thinking ok what now. Oh - they only have so many compatible phones. ( but mine meets all requirements - I dont understand that. Selective phones? What? Ones you sell make money on? So, I call back again, and this time they are more honest. And tell me about the shut down. But i ask about why no notice? How can you shutdown service or make upgrades - and they say they are trying to notify? Trying? I didn't even message in email, my account dashboard, text, or phone call, nothing. I am losing business by the day and i cannot be contacted by my necessary medical professionals or child care providers in an emergency. I have wasted a day with these idiots on support to get straight answers. Now i am told, that the only devices they support are their own devices and Iphone and samsung 9 and 10 only. ( but its even worse) they dont bother to tell me its only US models. Though intl are actually more feature rich. US models are all tied to carriers. $$$$. So, this seems like some type of upgrade $$ grab extortion. It gets even worse. So, I told them I want to port my number so I can get my busines phone back operational and medical and childcare etc. But no, I cannot port my number because my account is put into a suspended state., like non payment. Though payment has been made. In fact its been made, and i have no service. And they are holding my number. So this certainly looks illlegal - they then offer me some discounts and incentives for upgrade devices. I have boyd becaue i dont want your device. And the crap that is with it. Certainly more forth turning big tech grab. What is odd. Is att and sprint, though doing the same upgrades... state that existing customers can keep their 3g service until 2 /22. These idiots will not. And again we got no notice. Or time to upgrade. This certainly speaks volumes. If you do business with these idiots. You deserve what you get. - I am uncertain why they made such a bad decision. To get rid of half their customers. Not sure how and why they would want to do this. And its one thing to say you need a compatible phone but to say your phone is not because its blacklisted off their safe $$ list. Is just wrong. FTC AND attorney general letters are rolling tomorrow. Maybe FCC as well.

That's what they do best. Lie. When I first joined I was trying to get the New Customer deal. But they did not Honor it.

The bbb is definitely no help. Lawyers are out for themselves. Post the truth on every review platform you can. They work. Im a professional reviewer for a major home improvement warehouse and they do get results. Cricket is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Expose them

Do not trust BBB. They are a sellout. They give high ratings to shady and scammy companies after being paid for it. A lawyer, sure. But stay away from the BBB
